10 lb minimum per shipment. Shipments arriving outside the published warehouse dates may be subject to additional fees.

Freight Size and Weight Restrictions

Freight must fit through the access point for your assigned ballroom. Confirm your ballroom before shipping.

Lansdowne Ballroom	Approx. 2,000 lb maximum; 65 in. W × 95 in. H maximum
Terrace Ballroom	Approx. 2,000 lb maximum; 65 in. W × 83 in. H maximum
Golf Clubhouse Ballroom	Approx. 2,000 lb maximum; 50 in. W × 83 in. H maximum

Freight exceeding the dimensional limits for your assigned ballroom may not be deliverable to your exhibit space. Contact CSI Exhibitor Services before shipping oversized freight.

Direct-to-Show Shipments	NOT ACCEPTED. All exhibitor freight must ship to the CSI advance warehouse.
Outbound Carrier Check-In Deadline	Please refer to the exhibitor service desk for the official outbound carrier check-in deadline during move-out.
