Important Dates

Advance Freight Receiving Dates	Monday, October 19, 2026 - Friday, November 27, 2026
Discount Deadline	Wednesday, November 18, 2026 Discount rates apply to rental orders placed by this date and freight received at the advance warehouse by this date. Placing an advance-shipment order before the deadline does not guarantee the discounted freight rate; the shipment must also be received by the deadline.
Last Day for Direct Shipments	Direct shipments should arrive on the first scheduled move-in day unless show instructions state otherwise.
ABF Freight Check-In Deadline	Please refer to the exhibitor service desk for the official ABF Freight check-in deadline during move-out.

Shipments should arrive between Monday, October 19, 2026 and Friday, November 27, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM.

Shipments received outside these dates may be subject to additional fees.

Advance shipment labels are available through the booth service menu above for quick access.

Advance freight is the best option when you want materials received ahead of exhibitor move-in timing.

For outbound freight timing, please confirm ABF Freight check-in requirements with the service desk during move-out.

Direct Shipments

DIRECT SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE ALL SHIPMENTS SHOULD GO TO THE CSI WAREHOUSE. CSI DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO THE ENCORE BOSTON HARBOR.
