Advance Freight Receiving Dates	Monday, August 31, 2026 - Friday, October 23, 2026
Discount Deadline	Friday, October 9, 2026 Discount rates apply to rental orders placed by this date and freight received at the advance warehouse by this date. Placing an advance-shipment order before the deadline does not guarantee the discounted freight rate; the shipment must also be received by the deadline.
Direct Shipments	WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Outbound Carrier Check-In Deadline	Drivers must check-in by 5pm

Advance Shipments

Shipments should arrive between Monday, August 31, 2026 and Friday, October 23, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM.

Shipments received outside these dates may be subject to additional fees.

Advance shipment labels are available through the booth service menu above for quick access.

Advance freight is the best option when you want materials received ahead of exhibitor move-in timing.

For outbound freight timing, please confirm carrier check-in requirements with the service desk during move-out.

Direct Shipments

DIRECT SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY CSI WORLDWIDE. ALL SHIPMENTS SHOULD GO TO THE ADVANCED WAREHOUSE.
