Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM.

Shipments received outside these dates may be subject to additional fees.

Advance shipment labels are available through the booth service menu above for quick access.

Advance freight is the best option when you want materials received ahead of exhibitor move-in timing.

For outbound freight timing, please confirm carrier check-in requirements with the service desk during move-out.

Direct Shipments

DIRECT SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL SHIPMENTS MUST GO TO THE ADVANCED WAREHOUSE.
