Everything you need to know about shipping freight to and from the event, including warehouse shipments, direct deliveries, and outbound carrier procedures.
BTX Global Logistics is the official shipping partner for this event. Please contact BTX for a freight quote and assistance coordinating transportation. BTX will also be transporting exhibitor freight from this event to the following Hall of Flowers event in Sacramento. If you need shipping between both events, please contact BTX Global. Additional Material Handling charges still apply when freight is received at our loading dock.
Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Friday, October 16, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Shipments received outside these dates may be subject to additional fees.
Advance Shipping Labels are available through the Booth Service menu above for quick access.
Direct shipments will be accepted beginning on Monday, October 19, 2026 through Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
Direct-to-show-site freight should only be scheduled during approved move-in timing.
Use the Direct Shipping Labels button in the Booth Service menu above for the correct delivery paperwork.
Be sure all bills of lading, carrier details, and booth information are complete before dispatch.
Outbound carriers are not permitted to pick up freight directly from the event at the conclusion of move-out.
If you plan to use your own carrier, please visit the CSI Worldwide Exhibitor Service Desk during the event to arrange pickup from the CSI Worldwide warehouse.
This service must be arranged and paid for in advance before your freight can be released to your designated carrier.
