Discount Deadline	Friday, October 16, 2026 Discount rates apply to rental orders placed by this date and freight received at the advance warehouse by this date. Placing an advance-shipment order before the deadline does not guarantee the discounted freight rate; the shipment must also be received by the deadline.
Direct Shipment	WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Outbound Carrier Check-In Deadline	Please refer to the exhibitor service desk for the official outbound carrier check-in deadline during move-out.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to applicable late receiving charges.
Shipments arriving after Friday, October 30, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive at your booth before show opening. Additional handling, expedited trucking, and freight charges may apply.

Advance freight is the best option when you want materials received ahead of exhibitor move-in.
