Advance Freight Receiving Dates	Monday, September 14, 2026 - Friday, October 16, 2026
Graphic Submission Deadline	Friday, September 11, 2026
Discount Deadline	Friday, October 2, 2026 Discount rates apply to rental orders placed by this date and freight received at the advance warehouse by this date. Placing an advance-shipment order before the deadline does not guarantee the discounted freight rate; the shipment must also be received by the deadline.
Direct Shipment Receiving Begins	Monday, October 19, 2026
Last Day for Direct Shipments	Direct shipments should arrive on the first scheduled move-in day unless show instructions state otherwise.
Outbound Carrier Check-In Deadline	Please refer to the exhibitor service desk for the official outbound carrier check-in deadline during move-out.

Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Friday, October 16, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Shipments received outside these dates may be subject to additional fees.

Advance shipment labels are available through the Booth Service menu above for quick access.

Advance freight is the best option when you want materials received ahead of exhibitor move-in timing.

For outbound freight timing, please confirm carrier check-in requirements with the Exhibitor Service Desk during move-out.

Direct shipments will be accepted beginning on Monday, October 19, 2026.

Direct-to-show-site freight should only be scheduled during approved move-in timing.

Be sure all bills of lading, carrier details, and booth information are complete before dispatch.

Direct freight is ideal for shipments timed to arrive at the venue during official receiving hours.
