Advance Freight Receiving Dates	Wednesday, April 1, 2026 - Friday, May 15, 2026 All shipments received at the advanced warehouse will incurr Material Handling Fees.
Pre-Order Discount Deadline	Friday, May 1, 2026 For all orders placed and freight received in the warehouse.
Outbound Carrier Check-In Deadline	Please refer to the exhibitor service desk for the official outbound carrier check-in deadline during move-out.

Shipments should arrive between Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and Friday, May 15, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM.

Shipments received outside these dates may be subject to additional fees.

Advance shipment labels are available through the booth service menu above for quick access.

Advance freight is the best option when you want materials received ahead of exhibitor move-in timing.

For outbound freight timing, please confirm carrier check-in requirements with the service desk during move-out.

Direct Shipments

DIRECT SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL SHIPMENTS SHOULD GO TO THE ADVANCED WAREHOUSE

CSI Worldwide and SecureWorld do not take responsibility for any shipments send directly to the venue.

For outbound shipments, be sure all bills of lading, carrier details, and booth information are complete before dispatch.
