Important Dates

Advance Freight Receiving Dates	Monday, August 31, 2026 - Friday, September 25, 2026 All shipments must be received by September 25, 2026. Any shipments received after this date are subject to rush delivery fees to Event Center in Chicago.
Discount Deadline	Friday, September 18, 2026 Discount rates apply to rental orders placed by this date and freight received at the advance warehouse by this date. Placing an advance-shipment order before the deadline does not guarantee the discounted freight rate; the shipment must also be received by the deadline.
Direct Shipments	Direct shipments will not be accepted.
Outbound Carrier Check-In Deadline	Please refer to the exhibitor service desk for the official outbound carrier check-in deadline during move-out.

Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM.

Shipments received outside these dates may be subject to additional fees.

For outbound freight timing, please confirm carrier check-in requirements with the service desk during move-out.

Direct Shipments

DIRECT SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY CSI WORLDWIDE. ALL SHIPMENTS MUST GO TO THE ADVANCED WAREHOUSE.
