Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Shipments received outside these dates may be subject to additional fees.

Advance shipment labels are available through the Booth Service menu above for quick access.

Advance freight is the best option when you want materials received ahead of exhibitor move-in timing.

For outbound freight timing, please confirm carrier check-in requirements with the Exhibitor Service Desk during move-out.
