Thank you for your partnership and participation in this year’s SYTA Annual Conference.

CSI Worldwide Exhibit Service is the official "Decorator" for the SYTA Marketplace. They are responsible for producing the professional, turnkey booths you see on our exhibit floor. If you have purchased a standard or premium booth for the conference, you are in the right place to finalize your setup.

On this portal, you will be able to:

Upload Your Graphics: This is the most critical step. CSI will produce the custom branding for your turnkey booth based on the high-resolution files you provide here.
Upgrade Your Space: Browse options to customize your booth with screens, furniture, and functional accessories.
Manage Logistics: Access information regarding freight handling and shipping instructions to ensure your materials arrive safely at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

What are Turnkey Booths?

The SYTA Marketplace utilizes high-end, hard-wall turnkey booths to provide a professional, uniform aesthetic without the logistics of traditional "pipe and drape" setups. These exhibits are constructed and branded for you prior to your arrival in Pittsburgh. Your investment covers the production and installation of your custom backdrop, floor space, freight handling, and booth furniture, allowing you to focus entirely on networking.

Design Your Custom Backdrop

To ensure a seamless setup, each exhibitor is responsible for submitting print-ready graphics to the CSI Worldwide portal no later than July 31, 2026. Please use the links below to download the official technical requirements and access the submission portal.

o   File Format: Submit all artwork as Print-Ready, high-resolution PDF files.

o   Bleeds: Include 1/4” bleeds on all sides of every panel.

o   Obstruction Warning: Remember that your 40" tall branded counter will sit directly in front of your backwall. Keep all critical logos and text in the upper half of your backwall design for maximum visibility.

·Upload Your Graphics: Submit your high-resolution, print-ready files via the CSI Worldwide Graphic Upload Portal by the July 31 deadline.

 

Optional Booth Enhancements

While your turnkey booth is ready for use upon arrival, you may choose to customize your space with the following optional items. Please note that ordering and payment for these enhancements are managed directly through the specific vendors listed below:

 

TV Monitor Upgrade: Add a built-in display screen to your booth to showcase digital presentations and video content.
Collateral & Literature Racks: Ideal for displaying handouts, brochures, or giveaways.
Electricity & Hardwired Internet: While standard conference Wi-Fi is included, dedicated electricity must be ordered for any digital displays, laptops, activation equipment, or TV monitors.
 

Exhibitor Guidelines & Prohibited Items

To maintain a professional aesthetic and streamlined layout, certain items are restricted within the Marketplace. We kindly ask that you do not bring or order the following for standard turnkey booths:

External Signage: Banners, pop-up banners, easel signs, or non-integrated signage.
Outside Furniture: Additional chairs, tables, carpeting, or other floor coverings.
Unapproved AV: Any audiovisual equipment beyond the one optional TV monitor available for order.
Unauthorized Materials: Anything beyond what is provided by SYTA or approved as an additional option.
Capacity: Standard booths, two people. Premium booths, four people.
 

Custom & Specialized Activations

Larger custom activations, such as the coffee experience, ice cream booth, and wellness lounges are exempt from standard turnkey restrictions. While these spaces allow for specialized branding and layouts, all designs must be submitted to SYTA staff for pre-approval to ensure they fit within the Marketplace floor plan.

Mandatory Advanced Shipping: All materials must be shipped to the CSI Warehouse prior to the event. Do not ship directly to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. To find more information including shipping labels, see the Material Handling section of the site.
Service Orders: Use this storefront to order essential services, including dedicated electricity, hardwired internet, and specialized material handling.
