Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm.
- Shipments received outside the published receiving dates may be subject to additional fees.
- Shipments arriving after the advance warehouse deadline cannot be guaranteed to arrive before the show opens.
- Expedited transportation and handling charges may apply to late shipments.
- Each shipment must clearly identify the event name, exhibiting company, and booth number.
- Use the event-specific Advance Shipping Labels available through the booth service menu above.
Advance freight is the best option when you want your materials received and processed before exhibitor move-in begins.
