Advance Shipments

- ALL SHIPPING LABELS CAN BE FOUND ON THE RESOURCE SECTION OF TOP TOOL BAR.
- IF SHIPPING PRODUCT TO MORE THAN ONE LOCAITON PLEASE USE SEPERATE SHIPPING LABEL THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE DESIRED LOCATION. (i.e. 1 Box Cabana 3 boxes Managers Booth)
Additional Advance Shipment Information
  • Shipments should arrive between Monday, December 15, 2025 and Friday, February 20, 2026
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a  late fee
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, February 20, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight

Direct Shipments

- ALL SHIPPING LABELS CAN BE FOUND ON THE RESOURCE SECTION OF TOP TOOL BAR.
-ONLY SHIPMENTS FOR THE MIAMI CONVENTION CENTER WILL BE ACCEPTED
